I'm not certain that A.V. Dicey was correct to say that Parliament can make or unmake any law unless it was meant in the way you allude to here i.e. Parliament can make a law but that does not make it right, or just, or even lawful.

I'm even less certain that Parliament is sovereign. Even if the court did exist it would be staffed by government shills anyway just rubber stamping the gravy train.

Siân the shill Jones is probably writing a Statutory Instrument to plug the loophole as we speak that they will slide through Parliament on a negative procedure where it is never actually debated in the house and becomes law unless someone files a motion of objection.

Its a turd in the shape of an onion that it inherently rotten.

My latest case involves a speeding case where the person is still being dragged into court for a ban under totting up despite having only 6 points and paying the £100 fine previously.
