I wonder how many of the myriad actions involving a child in these courts perform this inversion and ratify the plagium they should have corrected? 0.0001%? 10%?
On this case itself, is it possible to appeal on that one point of fact to a higher court to re-recognize the actual property and residence issue and force a rehearing on that restored fact by the lower court?
Breaks my heart, truly. Thank you Martin for your steadfast allegiance to the truth in this ordeal that has gone on far too long, as the “rule of law” is bastardized & conveniently disregarded in the maintenance of unjust systems! I’ve followed along on this story as long as you’ve been writing on it, and my prayers for justice go out for this girl and her mother. It is tragically repeated time and again, many many cases falling into the gray area of judicial trickery. I pray you’ll get somewhere with your diligent adherence to TRUTH and hopefully, someday, JUSTICE for all. Our world is sick and this isn’t even uncommon. Thank you. Now the daughter must be almost 18 years old. Soon the "child" part will no longer apply. The travesty , is there no way to get this time back for the mother to be with the daughter. Those are extremely important formative years of a daughter's growth and development. That Time has been stolen forever and there is no restoration of that lost time. There is no telling how deeply this experience has potentially damaged or strained the relationship between the mother and daughter. The legal injustice is appalling and the relational cost is even more expensive.
