I am literally at the same point.maybe a few weeks behind you in time, but my case is slightly different as I am refuting the interim charging order placed on my property about a year ago now...with the liability orders used to go to a bulk order court (that has miraculously now disappeared) and the "judge" behind closed doors and no warning decided to grant it. No possibility of a debate, hearing, nothing...that was a red rag to a bull to me..How dare they run roughshod over hundreds of years of carefully debated principles of Law.
Then when I got closer to the facts they used the "vexatious and aggressive attitude" crap.
They EVEN alleged this crap when I was in court...yet nobody else thought so, or I would gave been chucked out or arrested for contempt of court. No, it was my delivery of FACTS they disliked, so they used their pathetic powers to try and stop me getting the answers I asked politely for.
It took from June 2023 to the end of January 2024 to send their replies to my requests! Then didn't even supply the information needed for disclosure...
They are in deep legal doo do if I have anything to do about it.
The deceipt, corruption collusion and arrogance of these people is staggering.
It's the country wide new version of the Post office Horizon scandal..in fact it could be bigger...most bills going back to 1993 can now potentially be refunded as they are not legal....
I have that on the back burner but have worked out the price I've paid them, plus interest over 30 years..I will get that back if the system works lawfully..
That's over £80,000 refund, and that's just mine..
