This article gives me chills, something truly new. Brilliant.

"Habeas Courtus" is probably the best way to bring this concept to life, but I think *technically* it should perhaps be phrased as "habeas iudicium". Legal scholars may view the "Habeas Iudicium" phrase as more credible scholastically and legally, but the People will hook to "Habeas Courtus" far more easily. Choose according to whom one is speaking, I guess. :-)
