Excellent analysis, Martin, very enlightening. And I have now seen two of your mashups and find them quite intriguing. You need more distraction time. :-)

Mate, I think the one thing that the evangelical Christian world is lacking is the understanding that when Jesus said, "It is finished." He wasn't saying, "I'm dead..." He was saying that the atonement had been made and the new covenant established, nullifying the laws of the Old Testament and old covenant. I see evangelicals running back to Deuteronomy all the time... That's foolish. That repudiates the sacrifice of The Lamb of God, right?

Biblical.

I Love the mashup too.

Thank you Martin. You continue to drill down to the most foundational level of truth. We need to build on that foundation only. All other constructions will be tainted or incomplete. I will send u further thoughts privately per your suggestion. Keep moving forward as our world needs it.

Dear Martin,

I never wrote a comment on your articles, though I read them all with great satisfaction. Your insights are very profound. I enjoy reading your articles.

This present article encapsulates and drills down to foundational meanings.

As a European by birth, with languages gift, during my life I lived 15 years in Israel, as being a Jew. There I learned properly my 7th language. Hebrew indeed, is a conceptual language par excellence, and I'd like to compliment you, you grasped the essence of the word Shalom.

You compare it to whole and that "it carries a sense of completeness". Exactly, the root of the word Shalom is Shalem, which precisely means Complete.

Bravo Martin. Shalom. Jose
