Will this make the system explode? I agree with your opinion on the sovereign tract. We know or should know by now that the whole system is actually illegal. Fixing it is the problem. Maybe if it is attacked in both ways, it can be mended. Personally I think it is past that point and needs to be dissolved
This is the first time that someone has properly articulated my reactions to and concerns about the Sovereign movement. It has its place, but most people (including myself) simply can't use it without taking on risks most should avoid.
WDTK response today from Fareham Borough re court naming on their printed summons included an email thread between Pompey Mags and revenue officer stating the summons should be headed East Hampshire Magistrates Court, which of course is a local justice area. Back to HMCTS with this evidence to once more ask for the published guidance and authority to do this
Where you will note an email thread from Fareham Borough Council to Portsmouth Magistrates Court seeking guidance on naming conventions for summons the council serve in council tax liability orders.
Of note is the matter of fact reply from the court instructing the council to use the Local Justice Area name and to add Court to the end of it.
Clearly one of two things are occurring with this evidence;
1) Portsmouth Magistrates Court administration is making adhoc policy that is not sanctioned by HMCTS as you have stated there is no guideline or process information held, or
2) the response from Tom Ring is less than the truth and a process and instruction is being withheld from FOI release
In either case a complete and substantial response is required.
Under FOI provide the guidance for allowing LJA names to be rebranded as courts, which has to date been obfuscated.
