Will this make the system explode? I agree with your opinion on the sovereign tract. We know or should know by now that the whole system is actually illegal. Fixing it is the problem. Maybe if it is attacked in both ways, it can be mended. Personally I think it is past that point and needs to be dissolved
This is the first time that someone has properly articulated my reactions to and concerns about the Sovereign movement. It has its place, but most people (including myself) simply can't use it without taking on risks most should avoid.

Theologically — rather: missiologically — speaking, your spiritual positioning is one of Disengagement from The Powers… which you are doing by and because you have placed yourself under the True Power, the Christ, the Logos "made flesh", incarnated, then resurrected from death and ascended to the Right Hand of the Power on High, to receive all authority in Heaven and Earth.
You now Stand, before that Power, fully united with Him, through : ritual immersion in water, experiential immersion in Spirit (Logos Spirit / breathed in you, breathed out through you) and now : immersion in Fire — the Trial (sic) of being utterly Tested unto "Death" (beyond your control) in order to be Proven and Vindicated and Raised to Life — by which process, the Powers are visibly condemned, as they are already eternally, because of their connivance with Wickedness.
When UK Courts, or any other administrative or governmental system encounter the True Spirit of Christ / Logos at work in the earth and mis-align against it, they demonstrate their own connivance and allegiance to anti-Logos, anti-Christ. They cannot escape judgement so long as their alleg-iance (to alleg-ations (false)) — to speaking / articulating / embodying their anti-pathy to Logos… As you so powerfully maintain with your speaking / articulating / embodying your allegations and allegiance to Logos!
A few weeks ago, I discerned a word of knowledge from the Lord : "An anti-Christ spirit has been invited into the highest levels of government" (whatever they be). The clarity of recent expressions of the current administration's will-to-power (I speak of infanticide, euthanasia, deceit and treason) amplifies the cogency of this revelation.

WDTK response today from Fareham Borough re court naming on their printed summons included an email thread between Pompey Mags and revenue officer stating the summons should be headed East Hampshire Magistrates Court, which of course is a local justice area. Back to HMCTS with this evidence to once more ask for the published guidance and authority to do this
Where you will note an email thread from Fareham Borough Council to Portsmouth Magistrates Court seeking guidance on naming conventions for summons the council serve in council tax liability orders.
Of note is the matter of fact reply from the court instructing the council to use the Local Justice Area name and to add Court to the end of it.
Clearly one of two things are occurring with this evidence;
1) Portsmouth Magistrates Court administration is making adhoc policy that is not sanctioned by HMCTS as you have stated there is no guideline or process information held, or
2) the response from Tom Ring is less than the truth and a process and instruction is being withheld from FOI release
In either case a complete and substantial response is required.
Under FOI provide the guidance for allowing LJA names to be rebranded as courts, which has to date been obfuscated.
