Sadly, Martin, Constitutional rights do not exist within the framework of the US Corporation. Our courts are not in existence anymore for our protection, they are there to ensure that we are controlled. Under Statutory Law, parents have no rights, there is only the "appearance" of justice, just enough to fool the people into believing that justice still exists in the US. It does not. Child Protection Services are child trafficking agents and courts assist them in trafficking our children. We, and our children, are no more than chattels, slaves to be harvested at any given time. It is a corrupt, freemasonry, anti human system that is wholly satanic. If it is not brought down by President Trump and our newly elected government as quickly as possible, the already vaccine damaged human species will continue to decline, until we are no more.

Many years ago I had a friend who told me that when he was a child, his father and then his mother a few years later, died. He said the estate lawyers and the court judge settling the estate in both cases combined forces to asset-strip both estates. He and his sibling got nothing. Since then, I have had a healthy skepticism that any court, especially the more local ones perhaps more subject to collusive relationships, would actually produce justice. And just a few years ago, two friends of mine had their house taken from them despite having good grounds to prove that Countrywide Credit and the follow-on owners of their debt had at various times acted with deceit in order to steal their house with the support of the local judiciary.
Our justice system has many defects, as does that same system in the UK, and amazingly, you appear to be becoming a one-man wrecking ball to both - good for you!
I sincerely hope you can set a precedent *for* justice in this case and that all the criminals involved are instead brought to justice themselves.
This seems to be a perfect movie script in the making for further exposure of leftist law fare and reasonable evidence for the prosecution of judges bowing to illegal agendas over Law.
