There is no (lasting) remedy in the system

We have been enslaved to treasonous debt and corrupt courts; military is the only way

Every time I go away from home, there is a nagging anxiety about what I will find in my mailbox when I return. For exercising my inalienable rights to seek shelter, travel, and have peace in my home I am persecuted by councils, government agencies, and privateers. This time, after a week on the road, I have a meaningless court costs order for TV Licensing; a Charge Order from an unconstitutional corporate court from Bradford City Council for the privilege of driving; a response from Transport for London after 6 months to my representations; and an acknowledgment of my response to Cumbria Constabulary for their entrapment and extortion operation against drivers visiting Appleby Fair.

It is exhausting and seemingly endless — although I know in my heart that a total financial, legal, and cultural restart is close at hand that sweeps all these matters aside. I found myself awake at 5am today, thinking through the absurdity of a judge ordering me to pay the lawyer for Capita, who are committing fraud against me and the public, while the order itself states the defendant is TV Licensing, and doesn’t mention Capita, or rule upon their standing, or the matter of fraud. It is all absolutely corrupt, and the judge committed misfeasance in public office, deliberately aiding the authorities to perpetrate crimes by ignoring the facts and the law. It could easily make your blood boil, if it isn’t already too clotted.

I meet many campaigners and activists, and there is a natural desire to seek justice through the legal system as all of us wish to have these unfair burdens taken off us. Nobody wants their car hauled away by debt collectors lacking paperwork, knocks on their door early in the morning from illegal bailiffs, wrongful repossession or eviction making them homeless, threatening letters from councils or licensing authorities, removal of their children by closed family courts, or loss of employment from failure to comply with unlawful edicts. There are definitely some tactical “wins”, both for individuals, and for the collective interest by exposing fraud and reasserting moral principles. Just that the system as a whole is too compromised; you cannot beat the Devil at his own game where he makes the rules and owns the board.

I have been asked to give a workshop next month to share my own experience and tips from my legal skirmishes, and have tentatively agreed to do so, with reservations. The next step with TV Licensing may be a judicial review of the court order, since a party with no standing that is not named appears to be awarded costs for criminal acts, and payment would make me complicit. It is possible that I may get a judgment that upholds the law (for once), but I am under no illusions that an individual like myself would ever be allowed to take down an institution like the BBC using the compromised courts. Either they will change the rules until I am worn out, or in extremis exert their covert power to quietly take me out. The best I can hope for is to expose the wrongdoing, and have insiders begin to check their own conscience.

The harsh reality is that treason over many centuries, combined with trickery, has resulted in the enslavement of society to banking (and insurance) interests. That we are slaves is not rhetorical flourish: it is the actual reality of how our society works, albeit through chains of debt and mind control. Some of those infractions on freedom are relatively minor: TV Licensing aim to force people to take a small act (of making a declaration of not owning a television) with no lawful basis, under threat. Others are a really big deal: utility companies ignore the law on billing, knowingly operating as interlopers who supply nothing, and putting those who object into energy poverty, or using extra-judicial punishment like severing the grid connection.

The courts are captive operations of those who raise commerce above the constitution (and conscience). They routinely discard the most basic requirements for due process. It is the law of England that there is no fine or forfeit without a jury of one’s peers, yet this happens at an industrial scale through magistrates’ courts and administrative tribunals. If a charge is not a fine, it must be a contract (else it is extortion), yet those contracts are non-existent (e.g. with councils for parking tickets) or the result of duress (e.g. registration with DVLA to exercise the right to travel). The judges, barristers, and political class are all profiting from these scams, directly or indirectly. They are not going to relinquish their privilege voluntarily, not least because their crime (i.e. treason) is a capital one.

I keep seeing people around me get chewed up by the legal system, and subjected to the most vicious abuse. What seems to hurt most is the shattered hope and disappointed expectation that representatives of usury will respect the living. We can quote case law, legislation, and ethical codes until we are blue in the face: those we oppose simply don’t care; they have sold their souls, and few are interested in reconciliation or redemption. You cannot defeat a militarised enemy through civilian courts in a spiritual war. The immediate consequence of this is that you have to accept there are worldly losses — money, cars, homes, careers, reputations — that you cannot avoid. The best you can do is offer testimony to the injustice and evil, upholding a spirit of truth and righteousness.

I am at the point where I have a choice: I can either continue to give the bullies and thieves my energy and attention, or I can instead go into a purely defensive mode, and ride this out as the legal siege war that it is — ignoring them until they expire. I don’t have to beat Durham Council Council, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, Newcastle City Council, Bradford City Council, Transport for London, Capita, Cumbria Constabulary, Equita, or the BBC via court actions. I can use tactics to delay them and keep them off my back, but it is fundamentally a “God problem” that I don’t have to take on myself. They have chosen criminal conduct, and act in cahoots with other “official” criminals. This is done under the colour of law and appearance of authority, but lacks either. I know deep inside me that having overreached, they are now doomed, as all frauds are interconnected; to punish for one is to demand it for all.

All I have to do is to stay in honour and refuse to comply with the predation, acting as an example to others. For now we can see this as the slave system it is, and a subtle and brilliant one refined over centuries, disguised as representative government. These corrupt invader corporations are inventing obligations out of thin air, and playing jurisdictional and word games to evade accountability. The jig is up, and too many people know what they are playing at. That we (the public) have made reasonable effort to seek legal remedy in the system, and largely failed to achieve it, is the moral success we needed. Future generations will know that there was no alternative to the crazy upheaval that inevitably results from civilian breakdown. It is not that seeking remedy in a rigged system is wrong, just we are never meant to achieve it that way.

As an example, I have the £750 costs order from the court now, and it makes zero sense, being a transparent favour to the establishment. “Fraud unravels everything”, and the BBC and Capita fraudulently misrepresent “TV Licensing” as a legal person when it is not; that I sued a non-entity is on them, not me. Capita also perjured themselves by claiming to be “trading as” the brand “TV Licensing” when only the BBC does. If a cheque written to “TV Licensing” for the costs doesn’t go to Capita, then how can they possibly have standing to act as “TV Licensing”? They cannot, and know it. If they can only “win” by judges aiding and abetting them, that is not my burden to bear. My own integrity is intact; I have pushed back as best I can against wrongdoing, and the historical record is in my favour.

The lawyer for Capita is accountable, just to a higher power, and if he accepts the money for the defence of slavery and fraud, that is upon him. If he demurs, that is more honourable. If he turns away from this wickedness and hands his Bar licence back before treason trials begin, saving his soul (and family) then angels will rejoice. The judge is probably too far gone to recognise how this looks once Covid genocide is exposed. The BBC is a key agent in promoting gene therapies to children that cause vaccine-induced immune system damage. The consequences for supporting this kind of criminality are very serious, both in this life, and beyond. There are right and wrong sides of history playing out here, and time is getting short to make a good choice.

I have no regrets about engaging in many legal battles over the last 2-3 years, but it has to end at some point. I may park my old van on private land, out of the reach of the clamping teams, and put it into a trust, so it is no longer owned by me. Some level of practical legal self-defence is still needed. Just it is clear that those ruled by money will lie, cheat, and steal until they are stopped by (military) force. The only principle they care about is what they can get away with. Civilian law is only applicable as long as it favours them getting their own way; otherwise, there is no limit to the unconscionable behaviour they can engage in. Once rewarded for human trafficking via a “legitimate” salary and pension, it is hard to back out. The whole system is too rotten to restore; the sellouts are everywhere.

Rather than seeking remedy in the system, I am having to make peace with the ongoing persecution and temporal losses. I have already lost my original career in the tech industry, have no significant savings or property, and am estranged from many friends and family. It hurts at first, but then it becomes ordinary — and life goes on, unchained by unhealthy ties. Those in power may reward my nuisance making with further fines, harassment, takings, smears, or even imprisonment. So be it — the moral culpability is on those who enslave, not those in bondage to debt or violence. Now we know there is no remedy in the legal system against state-level criminality, the system has no legitimacy. All we have to do is not get hurt as it terminally fails.

There has been civil unrest in the UK during the last few days, and there is prospectively much more (and far worse) to come. The two-tier policing system is being exposed, and public support is ebbing. Once the masses grasp they have VAIDS (vaccine-induced AIDS), prion disease, cancer, infertility, and accelerated aging, then there will likely be serious riots that overwhelm the criminal justice system. Weaponised migration has already turned many towns and cities into gang-ridden messes that are potentially going to erupt. Dark times loom ahead, and we have far bigger issues to confront than penalty charge notices and television licenses. Our children are being stolen, raped, and trafficked — and that comes first. The courts are complicit (from legal personage at birth onwards), and cannot survive exposure in their current form.

Now is the time to make peace with what inevitably has to happen. The hijacked legal system is unable to give lasting remedy to embedded fraud, except on a temporary and exceptional basis. It operates outside of constitutional law, as accessory to organised crime. This is its undoing. There is a collapse coming, and it is ugly. The fight against debt slavery has an expiry date. All of these false impositions have to be wiped out once the central banking fraud — and every “bankers war” that flows from it — are uncovered. Specifically, the Covid neuroweapon and bioweapon genocide — acts of war — have a dynamic that cannot be stopped, the death and injury are too obvious. The courts went along with it.

The entire legal and political class faces the next level of remedy, via military rules, for waging war upon we the people.
