The phrase, "There are none so blind as those who will not see" seems to fittingly summarize this event. This whole thing has been such a grinding, slow, and painful process. Health and strength to you, Martin ! May your dogged persistence ultimately be rewarded many fold !

Mr. Geddes, your efforts are appreciated more than you know. Not only for the massive amount of work involved, but there is a levity component that cannot be ignored. They expected a fight and got silence. Bravo. May they all suffer an instantaneous wedgie.

The law is administered under oath by a judge the public right under the principle of justice to the name of this judge and by holding them accountable you will obtain the change in attitude that you wish so why did you not name the judge?

LJA response from Portsmouth- which fails to address your and my simple question - where are the guidelines for naming LJA as a court -

Joseph,

I refer to your email of 4 June 2025

Local Justice Areas were created under section 8 Courts Act 2003. That section says that Local Justice Areas will be set out in orders made by the Lord Chancellor who may also alter Local Justice Areas. I have previously referred you to the statutory instrument in question. The court cannot add anything further on this point
