2024 will be the year thousands of people sue the bailiffs and/or councils for £4000 for every time they turn up ( typically three times ) to enforce their unlawful liability orders. Ironically you could make 8 times a much from not paying the council tax and successfully suing them than actually paying it! You can then pay it off and keep the profit. Every bailiff company will be served a notice by the end of January that will enable anyone to sue them for £4000 and it may turn into a bonanza bigger than the VW emissions scandal 🥳
