Urgent — Help fund my civil rights work

I am confronting serious criminal acts, with state collusion, in two countries at once

One of the worst violations of civil rights is when a court acts without lawful authority, imposing the personal will of a judicial impostor upon an innocent victim. This can happen when there is no jurisdiction, or no valid cause of action — or both. What makes it so wicked is that the outcome appears “legal,” giving a false legitimacy to what is, in fact, a crime.

This is institutional gaslighting at its most extreme. Victims are denied their victimhood, crimes are laundered as official outcomes, and non-crimes are prosecuted to extract fines and obedience. I am currently fighting jurisdictional fraud in both the USA and UK, in two separate cases with a shared pattern of corruption.

In the United States, a child was trafficked by two men — her father and stepfather — who colluded to fabricate a false narrative, stripping her mother of her child, home, income, and legal identity. I was framed and defamed in court despite not being a party to the case, to distract from the kidnapping, asset theft, and perjury. The court not only rewarded the abusers and punished the victims, it did so while knowingly lacking jurisdiction, even when this was challenged in open court.

This wasn’t a clerical error. It happened twice, under two different judges. A retroactive narrative is now being spun to justify the unlawful rulings — but it is already collapsing. This is deprivation of rights under colour of law to facilitate child trafficking — a serious and ongoing criminal enterprise.

In the United Kingdom, I am being prosecuted for… “parking beside a bush.” That’s not a joke. There is no evidence of wrongdoing. The court named on the summons doesn’t exist in the official HMCTS registry. The prosecutors won’t confirm if they have standing, and all institutions involved have now gone silent. This case is procedurally void, but I am being forced to pursue Judicial Review in the High Court simply to defend myself from a ghost court trying to extract revenue under fraudulent pretences.

This is judicial tyranny. It is what happens when fake courts and false judges are allowed to destroy lives, launder crimes, and confiscate assets without accountability.

I now carry the burden of being simultaneously targeted in two countries, and I cannot fully disclose the scale of what I’m up against while under active surveillance and legal attack. It includes spying, financial coercion, and institutional stonewalling. I am working nonstop to expose this lawlessness — reporting crimes to law enforcement, filing professional complaints, assembling evidence, and supporting attorneys with the kind of diligence few civilians can muster. There are judges and lawyers on both sides of the Atlantic who may soon face serious consequences for enabling criminal acts.

Why I am asking for help now

As of tomorrow, I must return a rental car that has cost $80+ a day — a financial burden that is no longer sustainable. While I hold strategic crypto reserves for my long-term safety, they are not meant to fund the day-to-day expenses of civil resistance. I am supporting two households, with ongoing legal battles, while also fighting on foreign soil.

Yesterday I spent over £200 printing my Judicial Review bundle — real money for me. The mother of the trafficked child, my partner, sold her car last year to pay legal fees she never should have incurred. She now needs reliable transport to work and remain safe. We can no longer wait for a miracle windfall or crypto surge.

The need is now.

If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. Many would not survive it once, let alone twice. I’ve already lost my career, financial stability, property, and public reputation by speaking out. I live under constant attack. But I have something my enemies can’t take — faith, truth, and your support. I don’t need credentials to fight; I need integrity, clarity, and the courage to act. That’s what I bring. What I lack is transport and money.

A friend recently reminded me: “If you don’t have, it’s because you don’t ask.” So I am asking — to help me finish what I started, and to carry the burden with me as I confront a truly evil system alone.
