Video interview: tech, truth, faith, freedom
Long form interview with Rob Cunningham on my own journey seeking spirit
I did an extended interview with Rob Cunningham (@KUWLshow) on Monday evening. It is a respectful “bridging” conversation — we are not in alignment in every detail, yet share the same spirit of truth and reverence for life. Nobody has all the answers, and Rob articulates many of my own thoughts better than I can myself.
Here is the ChatGPT summary of the transcript.
The interview between Martin Geddes and Rob Cunningham covers a range of interconnected topics focusing on faith, spiritual awakening, technology, societal control, and the pervasive corruption of systems. Here's a detailed synopsis of the major themes and discussions:
1. Spiritual and Technological Awakening
Martin speaks about the powerful combination of faith and emerging technologies, especially related to Elon Musk's Starlink and its potential to bypass censorship. He also shares personal insights from his career in telecommunications, revealing how the industry is dominated by the interests of intelligence agencies rather than being driven by pure technological innovation. Martin notes that, although technology has advanced, it has been weaponized for surveillance and control.
2. The Hidden War on Truth
A major theme revolves around the control of information. Martin emphasizes how societal systems, from mass media to technology platforms, are structured to suppress truth and promote narratives favorable to those in power. This aligns with Q movement themes of revealing hidden corruption and manipulation by the "Deep State."
3. Faith, Religion, and Societal Corruption
The conversation delves deep into the difference between institutionalized religion (described as the "big C" Church) and true spiritual faith. Martin and Rob critique the corporatization of churches, how spiritual truths are often hidden or twisted by religious organizations, and how people are spiritually enslaved through indoctrination rather than being freed through divine wisdom. They argue that true faith must lead to personal and collective freedom from these systems of control.
4. Divine Will vs. Self-Will
Martin reflects on the spiritual exit from legal and societal control, pointing out that sovereignty is only the first step, and that true freedom comes from submission to Divine Will. He discusses the concept of Covenant relationships, particularly within marriage, explaining that many people enter into legal contracts of marriage without understanding the deeper spiritual meaning. This mirrors a broader societal problem where people are unwittingly trapped in systems of control.
5. Spiritual Warfare
Both Martin and Rob describe the current global situation as a form of spiritual warfare, where the battle is not only physical or political but rooted in deeper spiritual dynamics. They touch on narcissism in society, both in personal relationships and on a systemic level, arguing that many societal elites and structures operate from a narcissistic, controlling mindset.
6. Community and Personal Responsibility
The discussion emphasizes the need for individuals to take personal responsibility for their spiritual growth and for building communities based on faith and righteousness. Martin shares his personal struggles and journey toward aligning with divine wisdom, drawing on his experience as a public figure advocating for truth in the face of societal pushback.
7. Truth and Spiritual Discernment
Martin notes that pursuing the truth, whether in technology, faith, or personal relationships, requires a combination of intellect, spiritual discernment, and practical action. He advocates for individuals to "stand" in their convictions, engaging in both legal and spiritual battles, but always anchored in divine wisdom.
This conversation reflects Martin's journey from a tech career to becoming an outspoken advocate for spiritual truth, and it ties into his broader work in exposing corruption and promoting a global spiritual awakening. His insights offer a critique of modern society's structures while urging listeners to seek higher, divine guidance.
The video buffers a few times. My former career was to fix this problem! The t-shirt I was wearing came from an era when I was invited to small private retreats for Internet luminaries. I got kicked out of that crowd pre-Trump for simply suggesting that the current Internet could be improved upon, such as will affordable performance guarantees with engineered quality. That was too much truth! So I was ostracised.
(As an aside, I have a Starlink unit and the travel case, and I am very impressed. The roaming service is not cheap, but the quality of the connectivity is excellent, and the peace of mind of having access anywhere during times of upheaval is worth the price. As a “prepper” item it would be high up my list of purchases if you afford one. A much better Internet is definitely possible, and the terrestrial networks are “legacy”.)
The QR code in the corner of the video is from the fundraiser I am running for a legal case involving child protection. I wrote a Substack article, but forgot to hit ‘send’, yet did put the word out on social media. Many people reposed it, so the sum sought came anyway, which shows what happens when we look after one another, and in particularly respond when a child is being put into a criminal situation.
Here is the belated text:
My primary reason for being in America at this time is not to observe world events, meet patriots, or enjoy a better love life. The timing and purpose of my visit are driven by a child protection case that has landed unexpectedly into my personal world, albeit not my own child. My claim is that crimes have been committed, and accountability under the law has to come. This is currently a civil matter, but needs to be handled carefully in the escalation to criminal law, so as to protect the child involved.
Sadly, the local church and community have not been up to the job, so it has taken me a transoceanic trip to do my bit for this particular lost daughter of America and her mother. It is going to be necessary to hire an attorney to manage the transition, and the initial sign-up fee landed today, coming to $6,500. While costs may be refunded later by the court, right now this is way more than can be shouldered, without selling the only capital asset left, that being the car I am getting around in.
These sensitive matters are best handled privately, but as I seem to be the only adult male ready to step up, I have no option but to ask for community and church help. The trafficking and abuse has to stop, and I am not going to let this pass unanswered on my watch. Going straight to child protection services opens up unacceptable risks, so the preferred route is for the civil court to initiate any investigation and justice. I don’t like having to ask, but I am duty and honour bound to do so.
If costs are later refunded, I will use the money to help others facing injustice and/or similar situation. I have run out of runway waiting for crypto to moon or windfalls to arrive.
Thank you.
Martin
We are nearly at the total, and I scrambled to liquidate some crypto (tough luck if it moons right after), so the legal bill is already paid. The point in sharing this is to align the faith message in the interview with practical works in the world. I am not seeking charity for orphans across the globe being rescued by paid workers in an NGO. Fixing our society starts with us internally by “looking up”; then forming our local “church” to protect each other from persecution for rejecting wicked societal norms; and then working with the broader faith community — to address the issues in our own families and neighbourhood.
A child trafficking nightmare has unfolded while millions passively occupy pews. The interview touches on the crisis about to hit many mainstream church communities as their collusion in debt slavery via fraud is exposed, as well as hiding the scale of the sex trafficking horror going on around us. The “anons” are the nucleus of a community of faith that is untainted by these scandals — a topic for another essay. It is a difficult balance between avoiding zealous rescue missions that are not our calling, and abandonment of our obligation to protect all who cannot protect themselves.
In some ways this is not a case about one child. When we hold criminals and abusers to account in a public fashion via the law, it sends a message that we will not tolerate this behaviour as a society. We are all entitled to rely upon adult promises to protect and raise children, whether in marriage or socially. A breach of those promises harms the child, creates chaos for other adults, and stores up future social problems. This has to be taken seriously and responded to. In this particular case I am not only refusing to turn a blind eye or walk away, as I am negatively affected too, but am also insisting on consequences.
Agreed wholeheartedly. We have to insist on consequences. ❤️
