Once again, a person hired in a position of reception to the public at the very basic level needs to be someone with excellent listening skills and a strong sense of basic civility in dealing with people. I hope the woman officer receives commendation and the person who acted with such contempt is at the very least reprimanded---hopefully replaced. Please keep shining your light of truth! Godspeed!
