It’s the not knowing that’s difficult. We keep hearing what their plans are, and they’re playing out on a daily basis. We’re seeing invaders flood into our country by the millions, and we’ve seen what it’s done to Europe, and we’re watching our thugs in suits on The Hill do nothing. We are sick of watching all of this happen in real time and are hoping for a resolution while at the same time dreading what the evil doers have in store for us. We know whatever it is will be unconscionable because they have no regard for OUR lives and will do anything to save themselves. I’ve been living my life now for years thinking the ball is going to drop at any moment and spending a fortune trying not to be anymore of a casualty of this war than I already have been, but I’ve come to the conclusion that, I have to just keep on living life to the fullest and have faith things will work out in the end. What’s the alternative? Luckily, I have been cursed, or blessed - I haven’t figured it out yet - with the ability to block the bad out and not give up until “the fat lady sings.” I won’t allow myself to think the worst until the worst is upon us. In other words, I haven’t given up hope yet and won’t allow myself to think the worst for our future.
