Great work Martin. These council staff remind me of opening a grain silo that is infested with rats. As soon as light enters the putrid stinking environment inside the silo, the rats panic and run in all directions in an effort to hide. But at the end of it all, they are still trapped inside the putrid environment they have created, and are an easy target for the rat catcher.

Council tax is a statutory tax levied on occupiers of dwellings, the statute comes from a "democratically elected parliament". It has become patently obvious that we do not live in a democracy so does the statute still stand🤔 Any answers?? My council has still not answered the questions I sent them.Keep up the good work Martin🙂

I will add to the great comments by others by saying I find your 'vexatiousness' one of your most charming and effective attributes! As for being of 'apparent value to the wider public', that reminds me of the completely arbitrary and insane 'essential' VS 'non-essential' labeling during the unlawful and strategic 'lockdowns'...We are ALL essential...and accountable for our actions. As to the 'rats in a silo' comment below, remember that a Jack Russell Terrier has a nose for rodents and can be very vexatious creatures in their tenacity! Go Martin! Also, your photo of the well is stunningly beautiful--May the fruits of your labors be of Living Water!

Two sayings come to mind...

"Give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves." and

"If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging."

Great job Martin! More rope and more dirt for them!

Given that the product to treat the alleged threat was never safe and effective and this was known by those in power at the time, could the with holding of paying tax be just as our govern- mente is actively harming the people? Health and security agency, military operation perhaps, Sasha Latypova and Catherine Watt have done much research on this and come to the conclusion from the evidence they have gathered that the govern-mente is at war with there own people. There are currently reports of people loosing there eyesite and babies being born with heart conditions and the small problem of excess deaths in all the heavily 💉💉💉 nations🇬🇧👍🍻the whole thing was nothing more than a scam and we are the victims ,financially , physically and mentally.

I’m surprised at all the shenanigans, because the basis of your question is presumably quite easy to reply to, and provide a policy document which governs communications with the public.

However, as the dispute has rambled on what has been apparent is that there seems to be some sort of concerted effort to reply in anything other than a personal capacity for certain organisations, including this one, however, other organisations are not smitten with this unaccountability, fetish and proudly display the name and position of the respondent Such as the ministry of justice.

I would urge anyone to read the small print at the end of a council email and see if there is a specific clause put in there saying that the opinions expressed in this email are only attributable to the sender and do not represent the council.

You can then hoist them by their own petard, and make them personally responsible for all the drivel that they peddle by using the clause to nullify anything that they have said within the body of the email on the basis that it is just their own opinion and nothing to do with the council
