A comparable vehicle was found on eBay G151DVX With the same 1753 cc diesel engine and when you put it into the government clean air calculator it shows that no charge should be payable.
I think this is the case that should be argued which is one of discrimination which is illogical. You have two vehicles with the same engine being treated differently for their emissions which are exactly the same.
This is the essence of equity which is just fairness and common sense.
It is probable that this so-called “tribunal” does not operate under the remit of equity and therefore the correct strategy would be to move it into a different arena that does recognise equity.
This argument regarding the different treatment of a car and the van with the same engine is so simple that a child could understand it and it’s a shame that highly paid and educated adjudicator with legal training is unable to grasp this nonsensical contradiction in action .
Coupled with the fact that the insurance for this vehicle clearly shows that it is not used for a commercial purpose then this case is fairly strong .

They steal our rights by posing as "government"under color of law (when they are actually For Profit Private Corporations)!! One of the things that cracks me up, is the UK's use of the word "scheme" to describe some of its activities. The second definition in Websters: a secret or underhanded plan; plot. An apparently trivial matter has opened up a window to reveal massive fraud and treason that in the interests of freedom cannot be ignored. What a nightmare. We are all metaphorically in the embrace of a bureaucratic boa constrictor that is slowly but surely squeezing the life out of us.
One way or another though, I am certain that we will all win through this dark time to take back our freedoms that were hard won by our forbears. I just know it. Thank you Martin for marching in the vanguard and for fighting for all of us - and most importantly for all of our children. If the forces of good marching behind 17 can't break this evil matrix soon then we'll all have to 'double down' and join you to take up the legal pitchforks - if only to prevent our awakening fellow countrymen (and women) from resorting to real pitchforks!
