What I noticed was that the language was full of commands, much like your notice. Designed to scare you from thinking it through. It is so clear now.
So they are going to take 'ALL of your belongings? Or just 2000 worth? OR are your belongings simply the VIG? Can you pay via plasma? Just donate a liter of blood each week until the Don is satisfied that the debt has been paid in full?
How extensive is this racketeering operation?
Can you sack up two grand worth of old underwear and Levi's and sneakers in lieu of paying the debt? Perhaps you could go to your neighbors and do some yard clean up and charge that against your debt. If you don't pay, will simply breaking your legs suffice?
Seriously someone needs to do some local theater skits involving this nonsense. They need to be mocked off the planet.

The council barrister will not answer a simple question. "Who signed this document".
He cannot answer.
18 months of asking, a court case I lost because he didn't disclose I formation (contempt of court) and STILL won't reply.
They say I am "vexatious" as I keep asking!
He recently sent a court document with the signature and ID off the person blanked out ( redacted )
The lengths they go to hide their grubby little fraud.

I suspect this next year there will be a big increase in CT as the planned bankruptcy of UK plc (and its inhabitants) moves forward.
Sunak wants out, hence the early election.
And as the cost of living rockets upwards so does the number of defaulters on there alleged CT debt.

“Mr Hill” is breaching The Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 ,Schedule 12 Paragraph 26.
Serve an EAC2 form on the court that Licenced him and tell them that he is not a fit and proper person to be a bailiff because he is breaking the law.
Ask the court toward you £4000 like Leighton
Ask the court to award you another £4000 under the prevention of harassment act if you have been harassed on two or more occasions.
Don’t get mad get even, hitting these fuckers in the pockets is the only way.
