This is how the enemy operates: it uses legalisms to steal away our innate rights, inserting a false morality of compliance. . . . . . The failure to be personally accountable is always the telltale sign that something is amiss, and nobody wants to be on the hook for it. . . all good and true!
Might I make a perhaps presumptive suggestion? - in the past I have had most excellent results from sending what is here called certified return receipt correspondence which requires signature of receiver - I send these to every member of Board of Directors (since some peon is probably "reading" your letters and can't understand the half of it) or equivalent of people actually in the know. I find this online. But you know that I"m sure - I just "had" to say it =:-) Many blessings Martin!
