Off topic I know but highly relevant, is for folk to look into the potential harmful effects of 5G ,I was initially dismissive but after watching some recent video's, turns out I couldn't have been more wrong.
LSB film productions (utube) just done an excellent video I would urge eryone to watch and share and ask there local representative questions.
Where I live they have 5G masts every quarter of a mile!!!!! going down the motorway, M5 Taunton.
They need the 5G to construct the digital slave ship,CBDC ,digital ID ,pay per mile etc etc etc etc and they need our taxes to pay for the prison we will find ourselves in if we don't wake up.

A similar letter should be sent to the Bailiffs putting them on notice as well in order to trigger the Harassment Act 1997 because as you rightly say Judge Harrison was unable to rule on harassment because the bailiff had a reasonably held belief that their actions were lawful however once these mendacious shysters are put on notice that their actions are in breach of the law then this removes their reasonably held belief which they are unable to rely on in future and consequently opens up the can of Whupass on them 🥫🥫🥫whereby they are liable to arrest at the scene under section 24A of PACE in commission of an offence.
Readers should know that the bailiff company known as Chandlers Ltd are now put on notice And that anybody that has a visit from them in connection with enforcing council tax may rely on this notice and construct their visit as harassment without reasonable cause because their actions are not in accordance with paragraph 26 schedule 12 of the tribunals courts and enforcement act 2007.
A copy and a template of this notice will be published soon on my Substack for anybody that wants to use it against other enforcement companies that are harassing people for council tax unlawfully .
