You're an inspiration (like it or not you are!) 😊 Couldn't have put it any better. Exactly how I feel and I know others who feel the same. Bless you Martin. Loving these videos. ♥️

Well said, Martin. Smaller group to hang out with - but better quality. Perfectly describes my life. I was raised in a Baptist Church (16 year pin - didn't miss a Sunday), I could recite scripture after scripture, mom was a Chaplain, and I was one of the onry ones at church. I intellectually knew the Bible. At 63, I find as you, that my "smarts" about the Bible only got me so far: a yearly attendance pin. I had a big circle during school, raising kids and working in the corporate grind. Presently, I have a few trusted friends. One old friend has circled back around after nearly 30 years and we are on the same page now. So yes, with age comes wisdom, with trials we become stronger, and in paying attention to the world around me, I realized that I wanted off the hamster wheel. From age 20-30-40-50-60's now, I have come full circle in realizing what is indeed important and that I want to find life's meaning for me. Loved the post. Very timely for the world today.

It has been said that everything that happens ---particularly when we feel it is 'happening to us', is designed to teach us holiness. That has become my way of believing. I have been a Jesus girl since first memory--it could be said I was taught to know and love Jesus-- for me it has been rather from the perspective of a child, learning about Jesus felt familiar, like a child knows her relations--those people who love her. In any case, if I have any wisdom at all, it is because I have spent much time with children and horses, who are truth tellers because they see incongruence and are able and willing to call it out. Becoming congruent in mind, body and spirit is our Divine Path. Keep posting these lovely videos, dear Martin. It is so comforting to be in the company of dear friends.

Martin it's a pleasure and sometimes painful to watch your journey through life, you are so good at articulating your feelings, so many of us resonate and share aspects of your journey but don't have your eloquence, much respect.

For sure the awakened state is lonely at the moment. Maybe this is what makes hitting the snooze just one more time so attractive.

Well said, Martin!! Exactly!! Each one of us IS a part of The Whole....& that is what we need to wake up to!! I guess Buddha would call it Nirvana. Most of us buzz through life doing what we have been taught in childhood & until something comes along to "jar" us into the realization that that is not "where it's at", we continue on the hampster wheel!! Sounds odd, but I guess we should be thankful for these Bumps in the Road that are not comfortable for us!! ;-) They kind of push us into examining everything & readjusting our thinking. It helps to view things from the 40,000 ft. level, doesn't it?!

Pure, innocent, unvarnished silence is the only way out of the quagmire of monkey-mind. But that doesn't make for very inspirational postings, now does it? :)

Ideal intention 🕊

Love that spark of spiritual unity that happens when I’m chatting with people ❤️ to ❤️ Interestingly, it seems more pronounced when our ideologies are conflicted or further apart. I suppose this is why I don’t mind playfully “rocking the boat” 😂
