Such a hard won, worthy victory, Martin! And, how like you, not to gloat! You are making legal history, but, most importantly, you are dissolving the bullet proof fence of the corrupt judiciary, making it easier for others to follow suit. Well done! We owe you a debt of gratitude, for your courage, tenacity and commitment to stay the course. All of our lives are the better for it. xx

“a legal cartel facilitating lawbreaking by powerful corporate interests, rather than an impartial justice acting to uphold the law”

Never a truer word spoken!

As we traverse similar paths trying to hold power to account it has become obvious that significant bias exists that has totally corrupted the system.

My case has as its background the discovery that a senior magistrate had been colluding with the council to fix the costs in private behind the scenes to avoid scrutiny in open court which I construe to be a conspiracy to pervert to course of justice, however when the MOJ were informed of this violation of due process they just ignored it. A complaint to the judicial conduct authority JCIO resulted in a refusal to accept the complaint as they construed it to be a complaint about a judicial ruling and not being rude to people in court which seems to be the entirety of their impotent remit.

HOW DO WE HOLD THESE PEOPLE TO ACCOUNT WHEN THEY DISPLAY OBVIOUS BIAS AGAINST THE PEOPLE THEY TOOK AN OATH TO “DO RIGHT” to?

In my own case after 2 years of absolute ignorance ( just binning everything I sent them ) and wrangling and finally in desperation a letter to the Lord Chancellor who relented and granted me a “hearing”. I learned 2 days before the case that HMCTS at a very senior level had appointed the council as the respondent ( not the court as per my case stated who had erred in law ) and had appointed a judge TO RULE ON HIS OWN PREVIOUS CASES!

The Ministry of Justice ( via HMCTS ) seeming had no problem with him granting Liability Orders and then having to rule on the lawfulness of them by his failure to apply his mind to the facts ON THE SAME DAY!! This is how hopelessly corrupt it is 🙀

I am now convinced that there is no “JUSTICE” in the lower courts where The People seek redress for abuses of power.

The only venue that seems to be unbiased is the higher courts that have given landmark rulings such as NICOLSON, EWING & LEIGHTON.

When the councils are HMCTS best customer at £6M a year, ( and TV Licensing also ) how can they allow this gravy train to be derailed?

If we have done nothing else, it is to have exposed the SYSTEMIC INSTITUTIONAL CORRUPTION that masquerades as justice in the lower courts.

Until you blessed me with your words it felt alone in a sea of corruption. Thank you 😿

It was only this morning that the thought hit me, we are a very, very small group who are truly awake. It is such a solitary place to be. We live almost in isolation, spiritually speaking, surrounded by the asleep. Even those who think they are awake, are not truly awake; they may have a piece or two of the puzzle but they have not been able to connect the dots to see a more accurate map of the matrix. I am blessed with having a partner who is as awake as I am, even though we may not agree on everything, it doesn't matter. I must confess, however, that I was recently accused of being anti social and I cannot refute that statement. I seldom go out now in a normal fashion, I do not cope well with being in social situations surrounded by zombies. I feel compassion for them, but I am much happier at home doing the things that I love doing. I have friends that I have "met" online and have got to know well enough that interacting with them is far more enjoyable than being around people with whom I have little in common. It was always meant to be this way, we were always meant to be souls who are strategically placed for a reason. xx

A welcome mini-victory Martin, and so hard won.

This whole affair shows to me that our judicial system is undeniably broken, notwithstanding your current progress. I mean, considering the massive effort required by a man of your intellect to finally achieve some sense and compliance with the law, what chance does the average Joe Soap have to achieve justice in the face of biased courts? I think very little on the evidence of the cases involving yourself and Mr. Stephenson. This is surely not how the system was meant to work; with an in-built bias towards the Establishment, Companies and wealthy - or perhaps it was? Hmmm....

Thank you for taking such a righteous stand at no little emotional cost and being in the vanguard of the reform that is undeniably required, and I pray is coming.

Truly outstanding👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Thank you for your continued work and good to see some positive progress.

I'm going to plug Alison Wright (substack) again as I feel both your work have great merit and both are shinning light on the darkness.

It's free to subscribe to her substack👍

It would appear (this requires further work) that many in public office may have synthetic identities (companies house) ,this at the least is fraud.

If this is the case and say as an example anyone in your local council (police commissioner ,CEO etc etc) is found to fit the above then they could be committing fraud.

If you become aware of this then paying CT becomes a problem as you are an accessory to the fraud if you become aware of it.

It would need to be reported to the council/police and action would need to be taken and if not then non payment would be an option.

As I say it needs more work, input welcome👍🤝

Even if a legal career as an attorney is not your calling, you are undoubtedly providing inspiration to those who are drawn to the noble goal of pursuing justice. A law school would do well to offer a course in your efforts as a private citizen within a system that has strayed far from its foundation in law, and which is being used as a forum for persecution and punishment.

well done Martin, there are not many people out there who could have done what you have in these matters. As for forgiveness - i say let the punishment fit the crime...!

Bless you.
