On 17th February 2022 Durham Council received £320,000 from HMCTS by way of refunds for court costs that they overcharged to defendants. Will Durham be the first county in the U.K. to be shown to have given the money back to the defendants that they overcharged or will they be found to have just pocketed it like the others?
If you are fired up by this issue then why not make your own enquiries of your Council via an FOI?
Well done Martin🤝 onwards and upwards, just had the letter through to state who is registered at the address to vote and I'm no longer on it so they actually did as I requested and removed me from the full electoral register which they said can't be done🤝👍

Empower them to find out what their own council is doing and ask inconvenient questions, like “where the fuck is my refund!?”
