Ken d'Ooudney's book defining democracy is a great starting point with how far we have veered off our true constitution. Over the centuries, THEY, the legal profession and the political elite have removed people power by wrapping our constitution in so many obfuscatory layers. It is similar to peeling an onion. It's going to be a real battle to get back to the core constitutional principles. THEY will not want to relinquish any of their control and unfortunately the general masses have been programmed not to care. It's going to be an interesting fight, but what choice do we really have. I for one am not a slave and are sick to the core of political overreach.
