What a surprise...NOT! I've written numerous letters (mostly one a week for the past year or so) to my local MP. Topics ranging from the legitimacy and ethicacy of Covid-19 vaccines, lock downs and mask mandates etc... The funding of the Ukraine war using tax payer’s money, the Illegal migrant crisis and the lack of, or unwilling to face the problem head on. To most recently and the seemingly unequal application of the law over freedom of speech i.e. those who gets shut down and intimidated by the police, trial by media and social media and, those who can seemingly say and do what they want without recourse or judgement. All the responses I’ve received back from my dear little MP are very similar to your MP's weak, lame, none committal and pathetic reply. However, this won't deter me in the slightest, I want to be a pain in his back side so I’ll keep firing letters off every week, until I either get to see him or he replies with something that’s half intelligent or even reasonably intelligent, but I'm not holding my breath......Well done Martin keep up the good fight and keep pounding at them mate.

It is maddening dealing with simpletons. Kudos to you for pursuing this madness with such intelligence, poise and vigor.

That's given much needed clarity😉 Im still struggling to actually define what council tax is?

People assume it's for services but that's not intirely clear and services is rarely mentioned in the council literature.

Why do we pay tax on empty dwellings and actually get penalised by the council for having one🤔

From what I can make out is a tax on an individual for owning/occupying a dwelling.

The tax seems to be some odd hybrid that sits between two worlds and mutates according to the questions.

My previous employer went to extraordinary lengths to try an construct my dismissal for asking questions during a consultation.

Turns out I asked the wrong questions.

Keep going Martin they can't hide forever.

It would be helpful if a short list of difficult questions could be compiled and put in future updates so we can all join in the fun🍻

Why am I not surprised at this response! There’s so much that’s corrupt in America that it would be easier for me to name the ones that aren’t corrupt, but I can’t think of any at this moment. When the top levels of government are corrupt, can we expect anything different from anyone else? This is an email I sent to our election clerk after many calls to the Governor and Secretary of State, who kept passing the buck. “Good Afternoon, I would like to formally request the following two (2) items:

1. I) List of voters. Please provide me the list of those who participated in the recent November 3, 2020, elections broken down by method of voting, which is either Early, Absentee/Mail-In, At the Polls, Provisional. Please send me this electronically as a Microsoft .xls or .csv formatted file to my email address above; and

2. II) Ballots cast (also known as Cast Vote Record). This document should provide me with the total number of ballots cast in the recent November 3, 2020, election for each candidate, write-in, undervotes (blank votes), over votes (for example, if some voted for BOTH Trump and Biden), and broken down by method of voting: Early, Absentee/Mail-In, At the Polls, Provisional. Please send me this electronically as a Microsoft .xls or .csv formatted file to my email address above.

Please provide these lists in accordance with open records request pursuant to State Law within 10 days.”

This was the only response I received: “I have received your Open Records Request. I am providing the expected time to complete and fulfil your request. I will not begin until I receive confirmation from you that you would like for me to proceed.

The file will be too large to be emailed and will be copied onto a storage device. We can either mail it to you or you may come by and pick it up.

Devices $60.00

Time Cost 10 hours $200.00

Mailing $20.00

The estimated cost to fulfil this request is $280.00 and can be available within 14 days after receipt of payment.

Let me know if you have questions.”

I think they figured the cost would change my mind, but when I wrote and asked them if I could pay by credit card, I never heard back from them (lawlessness - they are required by law to respond). I then received a notice from my former state stating I did not cancel my voter registration with them and need to take care of the matter (I’m sure they went after all out of voters who broke the law and voted in more than one state, although I never did) - and my driver’s license was suspended in my new state for approximately a year for no reason, and it took me that long - constant runaround- to straighten out the matter. Also, the day I went into DMV to finally get it straightened out, that day there was a major invader dump, and they were all told to immediately get their licenses so they could vote in the upcoming election, and I spent four hours waiting. Don’t get me started!

I do know the state I’m living in now that most likely cheated more than any other state (it was so obvious) is due to get their comeuppance any day now, and I look forward to that. “We have it all.” They all need to be locked up!

Such blatant arrogance from the decades of insulation and financial success with their existing MO.

My first question to parents of recalcitrant kids: "What motivation to change when it is working so *well* for them?"

Martin is removing the well-oiled "working."

Kudos and thank you - from the US and I su spect the world over. Blessings - ❤️
