Reading this has brought realization of deep separation from the surface world around me. Family and friends appear so distant...:the relationships a bit blurry. l long to share readings as this. After sharing one with my daughter, she responded with “I couldn’t figure out what he was rambling about” 😉 She is very deep into the Left narrative. It saddens me to not be able to discuss with those close to me.
At the same time, THE vertical connection to Spirit is a ethereal swirl or motion. Appearance of light and color then dissipation into “myst”.
The foot on the surface world side feels less trusty. (I have Parkinson’s, so I know about balance and awareness of keeping my feet evenly connected to surface)
Is there a point in which I lift the foot on the surface and balance more on the foot that reaches into the swirling, amorphous side?
Do I continue to straddle both?
My religious upbringing spoke of the Cross as a bringing together of our horizontal relationships (world, body and mind) to our vertical relationship (Spirit).
I'm running out of words to use about your writing and thinking. It stimulates so much thought and helps me think deeper. I love learning to think more accurately with clear definitions of concept. I'm so glad God led me to you.

In these outer, chaotic, horizontal times I'm finding the inner, peacefull, vertical connection with All That Is to be of paramount importance. The usurping of vertical enrichment over horizontal entrapment is my dally go-to morning practice of sanity and embodied heartfelt living.
I was diagnosed 2010. I have an older (21 yrs) brother and an older sister (20 yrs older) who also have PD. There are also an aunt and couple of cousins with PD
Even though hereditary PD seems to be infrequent, there is a possibility.
My Tai Chi instructor used to tel me that deep Tai Chi practice would help and I believe that is true, however I moved out of the area.
I have cut levodopa back to nearly half of what I was prescribed.
This Grandma has recognized that the "Biblical" training received by my generation has been one Big Trap!! I have come to realize that The Bible has been one of the best "tools" in the toolbox of The Controllers!! It was such a relief for me to discover that the "God" of the Hebrew Scriptures is NOT The Creator of All!! Now I don't have to worship a "God" who is genocidal & approves of rape!! The "elohim" of the book of Genesis is simply ONE of the 'gods' as the word itself is plural. Anglican Priest, Paul A. Wallis & Vat. Translator, Mauro Biglino have been doing a series on correctly translating the key words which have led to a Belief System that has kept humanity in chains for centuries. Seems like a whole lot of shakin' is going on in many circles & truth is coming to light all over!!! ;-)
