You articulate so well how I feel, how I think, the ongoing internal battle that I keep to myself because I don't know of anyone else who is contemplating every little thing and seeing them as a battle. It is exhausting. There are scars and open wounds concurrently. I so desperately long for solid ground to live upon so we can begin to create permanent things. Rest upon solid ground that doesn't contain continual attacks from all angles sounds like heaven (almost). I pray we get to experience that environment soon.
I haven't heard anyone else express the desire/need for a change so severe that it will last for 100 generations. I agree that is what is necessary. Anything less is unacceptable. The only bright spot I see in our current state of (ambiguous, incomplete, impotent) living as it trudges along is that longer it takes the more thorough the exposure will be and the greater the pre-planned and designed solution must be.
I just can't imagine the group of people who have led this campaign of exposure, don't understand better than I do, the importance of expelling ALL of it out AND replacing the current system with a hardened, incorruptible system in its place. I can't wait to see how amazing and well thought out that system turns out to be. I think it's going to be awe inspiring.
Selfishly, I hope there are places of creative license for us "average people" to contribute to the creation and perpetuation of the new living system.
Buy organic wholemeal rye flour (no folic acid) (Doves Farm is stocked at Tesco - my Tesco anyway) and make sourdough rye. Use the same rye sourdough for wholemeal spelt (Also by Doves Farm at Tesco). Buy the book "Bread Matters by Andrew Whitley (Amazon) for the how-to. It's actually easier than yeasted bread, more forgiving if you leave it a bit too long, just needs a longer ferment - but that gives you time to enlighten us! Sourdough bakes a more compact loaf with a different flavour that keeps longer, but you could still bake a traditional yeasted loaf with spelt if you prefer (and it makes cracking toast!), just don't let it rise too high or it gets too crumbly.
We're all doing the best we can and your work is priceless. Your essays and solutions are so appreciated and desperately needed. We understand how much hard work and personal sacrifice you have had to bear over a long period of time. I know I'm tired and having to give myself a rest at the moment as it's a long hard slog. I'm glad someone's given advice on the bread issue. That's great and welcome for everyone really. It's hard to live in a mad nasty atmosphere when we see all the lies and corruption but we are and have been all of our lives. The thing is you, me and everyone who does see the truth now is making the change that's needed to lift humanity to it's full potential and as I keep saying to my friends and family "You can't fight or change something that's bad if you can't see that it is bad". It's so obvious now how this country has descended into chaos and tyranny that everyone is taking notice and that's a big breakthrough. We support eachother and that's the way forward now, without the blinkers on. Thankyou for being a great Patriot and sending you much heartfelt best wishes for your continued strength and endurance because that's what's got us here. The best is yet to come. ❤️
This is my second time reading this as I lay here trying to have a wee rest between chores. It’s more a hopeful pursuit than a realistic one as when I stop moving the panic starts. My nervous system too is damaged. I wait and pray and wait and pray round and round and round. I do rescue and that in a much larger capacity is my path but every day I watch the suffering which is in the now. Dear Lord make it end
Making bread with my great grandson, we found that Cotswold mill flour has no SFA because it is a small mill.
I am reminded of the story of a priest who was incarcerated during the Spanish inquisition. The pope insisted that the guards gave him mouldy bread, dirty water and contaminated food. He not only survived, he flourished. He blessed all of the food and drink and gave thanks to God for them.
"understand that none of those choices was clean." Wow, so true. BTW, SFA is pretty neutral for people with no genetic issues with their folate pathways, but people with a tendency toward depression or negative emotions or have a lot of stress or high homocysteine should not eat it. I would say you should avoid it and stick with natural folate.
My biggest case of feeling threatened began many years ago. I switched to alternative MDs and other non-MD healers in the 1980s, but there was always the supposed need to have a "PCP" (Personal Care Physician) to give you access to insurance and the annual physicals and vaccines and medical tests that insurance would cover. Originally, your PCP was your family doctor who might even make a house call, and if you ended up in the hospital, would attend to you in hospital. Now, you go to your PCP for a physical, etc., but if you end up in the hospital, you have to deal with a "hospitaller" and never see your PCP. I had so many fights with doctors that going to my PCP became a running battle with high tension. So I walked away from the entire baloney system. It just became too much.
Here in the US, there are alternatives. I don't know if there are any alternatives in the UK for medical care. But maybe the normal UK doctors aren't so beholden to pharmaceutical drugs and vaccines there as our system is here. Don't even get me going on the hospital and doctoring corruption related to Covid. That exposed just how murderous the entire medical system here (and in the UK) actually is. I don't know how doctor and nurse people can stay in such a morally corrupted system, but as you say, Martin, almost nothing is clean.
However, if you learn to buy good ingredients from the out-of-the-way vendors and make your own bread, you'll have found your way to one of the clean spots. Keep doing that where you can, and you will start to take back some control over your life and start to feel empowered again. As the new system keeps coming into play a little at a time, you can expand into it more completely. The little advances do add up over time.

Food for thought....pun intended. Hugs to all.
