In my heart of hearts, I wish we lived in the reality that your first letter would gain purchase. That is our dream world(for now). The fact that you aren't sending the first is testimony to your acknowledgment of this as well. Both letters are gracious. Why would you not sending these letters, Martin? I think you should send them. You tell to the real people that they doing real harm to you. You are explaining yourself clearly. If you do not tell them that they do harm they would either be glad that you did not came back to them and this would be a "consent" for receiving a harm in case they know what they do, Or they just do not know that they do a harm.
