Excellent as usual! The section on workgroups was timely for me in a different area as we head off election interference in the Republican Party of Minnesota—the people are gaining strength and showing up to the point they are breaking the law left and right to remove lawfully elected delegates, which is helpful because it is easier to help others see the deeper corruption. This post also inspires me to make my writing as enjoyable to read as yours.

Wow! Iwas beginning to believe I may never hear of this happening, especially after recently witnessing Policy Officers empowering an HMCTS bailiff, following a fake LO from a fake court to assault a man of 78 years in order to evict him from his flat, where the rent, a contract agreed amount, which had been paid into a revocable trust, was waiting for the landlord to collect.

Thanks

Soo interesting that your sentiments have reflected what many people have now experienced at the lower courts. The collusion between the state and the courts at the lower levels is sickeningly corrupt to the point of being criminal however your article has come at the perfect time for many people who are despondent at the lawlessness in the present system 🌦️🙏🏻

The British legal system is a vast, priceless repository of accumulated potential wisdom, but any system of law is only as effective as the individuals who embody it in the perennial now. I believe that the grotesque corruption of our public institutions is being exposed, and overthrown, right now, and your experience here will become the norm rather than exception, perhaps sooner than many can believe.

I'm jealous, but I suppose this should give some hope. Here in N Ireland, we see only corruption, grift and fraud. It requires careful unpicking. We'll keep on.

What a joy to read this, Martin! I am so happy that you had this healing experience! It is a great relief to all of us to know that the legal system works when it is important for it to do so. All is not lost! I, too, feel a peace and harmony just knowing that there are judges and barristers who truly love the law and carry out their responsibilities with vigour and honour. After all that you have been through, it is a healing balm to the soul and psyche. I see light on the horizon! :)
