Thank you! I have served on several jury trials throughout my life! I am thankful that doing the “right” thing has always been most important to me! With the climate the way it is today, I’m not sure I would want to serve! Justice seems to be on the back burner and people are crazed! Continuing to pray for Justice to prevail for our children and humanity!

My faith in the Jury System was somewhat destroyed when OJ Simpson was acquitted by a majority Black jury, some two years after the Los Angeles riots. No doubt they believed they were being fair but in these Woke Times I doubt that many prospective jurors would believe they had hidden race bias until sitting in judgment of others.
I was a juror on a Civil Case many years ago. I was questioned by both party’s lawyers as to my ability to be impartial. A fast food business was being sued by two young Black men - brothers, on Military leave - who were shot by gang bangers on the premises largely because of management refusing to assist them getting out. It should be noted, this fast foodery had only one door. Management was White, bolshy and obnoxious on the stand, their attitude didn’t help their case. One brother no longer able to serve because of his injury. After a recess the judge thanked the jury and announced the Defendant had offered a satisfactory settlement.
It was a complex case to follow, with video testimony from other countries where the brothers were serving and, lawyers nothing like tv programs portray, A juror is required to listen and understand what is being testified to without bias or pre judgment and frankly, I just don’t see many able to do that in these difficult times.
Even if we get a jury system, here is what we must guard against and make no mistake. This type of jury tampering is happening today and happened with the indictment of Roger Stone in the USA, and this is how it’s done, it’s called the “magic wheel”.
As some people may or may not know various private contractors have been scraping data from every source, either legally or illegally to make a “digital self” of each person in order that this profile, and all its biases can be computer models in order to predict how a person or group or society may behave, given a certain stimulus based upon prejudices, previously observed and documented within the digital self. This type of writing system is the precursor to the social credit score and is being operated by an American company called “Clearforce” particularly within sensitive government sectors. In order to run a pre-crime assessment to see if the potential candidate is trustworthy.
Now comes the interesting bit. You can use the same computer program to select a jury that will reach the predetermined conclusion that you wish, be it innocent or guilty. And this is the manual version that we saw in operation with the OJ Simpson trial. However, this program works behind the scenes rather than out in the open.
