Good points from start to finish.

The parliamentary system has one unique jury-like feedback loop that the American system destroyed. The PM is chosen by a committee of the majority party, not by a fake "popular election" intentionally distorted through the Electoral College. If the majority party is dissatisfied with the PM, they can instantly replace him. No formalities or election. This happens as often as needed, and it demonstrably adjusts the government to changed circumstances. The US system has absolutely no way to remove an unsatisfying or incompetent president. He will stay there for 4 years, doing more damage. (Impeachment is a fraud. It doesn't accomplish the goal of changing the agenda, and it has never been used.)
