It does seem odd that any vehicle that has passed an MOT is deemed fit (by there own criteria) for the road up to a few years ago, then ULEZ comes in and it is no longer the case and what about the road tax that is payed🤔 the MOT and road tax are not zone specific on this alone it would seem unlawful.
