Brilliant, Martin! Very helpful and encouraging. I haven’t yet looked at the quality attenuation material to get a better concrete understanding of the alternative to our current broadband structure, but I have long sensed that there is a fundamental problem in any business in which it isn’t trivial to answer the question about how much of it you need. If the alternative system genuinely afforded us a pathway toward better quantifying how much one would need to purchase to give us what we would need, then it is an obvious improvement.
Your description of the difference between the two systems — the hubristic positivist construction that currently exists versus a focused attention toward removing noise from a theoretically perfect network —seems to me to line up with the lessons of the Biblical story of the Tower of Babel.
Our current system is like the Tower of Babel, and it will ultimately come to a frustrated end with people being unable to communicate with one another. The alternative is attention to the avoidance of those things that impede our individual connection to perfection, resulting in a relatively effortless cooperation as we all focus together on increasing our understanding of that perfection.

As a designer starting in print through the deployment of the WWW, I’ve had to learn too much about telecoms and bits. Now, watching movies (that used to take overnight to download) on my Starlink, I’m still blown away these systems work at all — which of course, as you note, they don’t “really” do work.
I empathize with your journey and appreciate your logic and heart as you bring your work experience over to your spiritual “work”. As always, thanks for sharing your journey.

. . .It might be true that what we are really needing, especially now, though I have a feeling that it has always been so that we are here to re-member how awesome we really are! The question for me is. . . "how does spontaneous, authentic, free-will aligned with unconditional love walk, talk, think, feel, breathe and be"??? In my judgement it is with THAT expression we must meet and greet those of wo/mankind who wish to oppose, curtail, ridicule, limit, or otherwise act upon us with an opposing force that is inconsistent with said free-will. . . .and thank you for the brilliance of, "funtography"!!! I have long recognized that I have a severe deficiency of, "Vitamin P", or Vitamin PLAY! I am going to endeavor in playful earnest to apply that idea to my music co-creation! W00t!
